Damn you Merlin Mann! Not only has this You 2.0 project meant the effective end of the 'you look nice today' podcasts, but somehow our beloved Gina was also swept into your Charybdian grasp, reducing the daily level of signal to noise on lifehacker to sub-basement levels.

I suppose if this keeps Leo occupied for a while it can't be all bad - it may give the rest of us a chance to say something for a change.

Private note to Gina - don't trust that Merlin fellow, he has a long history of one-offs and half finished projects. As soon as something else shiny falls into his field of vision I guarantee he'll disappear faster than a warner bros. music track off YouTube.

For implementing GTD you can use this web-based application:

<a href="http://www.Gtdagenda.com" rel="nofollow">http://www.Gtdagenda.com</a>

You can use it to manage your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.
A mobile version is available too.
